Specialties: Eboshi is a Japanese Ramen Izakaya/Bar restaurant. Not only do we have killer ramen selections but have various menu's Eboshi Special Fried Rice, Gyoza, Mapo Tofu, Japanese Fried Chicken etc. We are also a bar that carries the best sake and shouchu! Established in 1994. Eboshi was started by an ex-Asahi Beer employee Mike, who was very charismatic and loved by all local customers. The beloved Mike has recently retired and sold Eboshi to a good family friend of his, the Morimoto family. Mike and the Morimoto family are both from the same area of Japan called Chigasaki. In Chigasaki there is a famous beach which has the iconic island rock "Eboshi", which became the logo and name for the restaurant. The taste of Eboshi that Mike has created is protected faithfully by the current employee's. Most employees have been working and cooking at Eboshi for over 15 years and absorbed the taste and style from Mike. The only plan moving forward is protecting Mike's recipe and expand so more people can enjoy Eboshi Ramen!
